Archive 3: Crescent moon pendant

Location found: Under the river bridge,in the stream feeding the moon pools.

Found resting beneath the stone bridge where the stream catches the night sky, this crescent moon is said to have slipped from the village maiden’s basket of stars.

Steeped in the magic of Vesper Isle, it is believed to shield its bearer and act as a mirror for the soul, answering the quiet, introspective thoughts and unearthing truths held within.

Hand carved and then casted in silver and 9ct gold, the crescent moon pendant has been hand made and finished from an original clay prototype. The same mould is used to create each piece but due to the hand made nature of the design each will be slightly different and therefore unique to you.

These pendants each have a hand made bail attached to the piece, ready to hang from your favourite chain. The outer diameter of the jump ring measures 6mm, inner diameter is approx 4mm.

Each pendant measures approx 2cm high x 1.5cm wide, with a total length of 2,4cm inc attached jump ring.
