Terms & Conditions of Supply

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Supply (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of goods and/or services made from Lunensis (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via our website www.lunensis.com
1.2 By placing an order on our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not order products from us.

2. Orders & Acceptance

2.1 When you place an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£). We are not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged on our products.. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.2 We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment gateways ([e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay]). Payment must be made in full before your items are dispatched or custom work begins.

4. Jewellery Description & Hallmarking

4.1 We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and imagery of our jewellery are as accurate as possible. However, because many pieces are handmade ,minor variations in color or texture may occur.
4.2 Where applicable by law, our precious metal jewellery is independently hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office, ensuring compliance with legal standards of purity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We ship to the UK and internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
5.2 All orders are sent via tracked and/or insured shipping methods to ensure safe transit of your jewellery.
5.3 Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the package upon receipt.

6. Returns, Refunds & exchanges

6.1 Standard Items: If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the jewellery is unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
6.2 Custom / Bespoke Pieces: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewellery (including engraved pieces or custom ring sizes made specifically to order), these items are non-refundable unless faulty.
6.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured delivery service for returns.

7. Faulty or damaged goods

7.1 If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at lunensis@gmail.com with photographs and details of the issue.
7.2 Our liability for faulty goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

8.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [e.g., England and Wales], and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive control over any disputes.
